摘要
目的:考察金莲花不同传统用药方式的水提取液中各药效组分的含量和比例关系情况,从而为金莲花药效组分的确定奠定基础。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。结果:测得金莲花3个用药方式水提取液中荭草苷、牡荆苷、红草素-2″-O-β-L-半乳糖苷、藜芦酸4种药效组分的量比关系分别为(3.4∶1.0∶10.3∶1),(3.3∶1.1∶9.9∶1),(3.4∶1.1∶10.6∶1)。结论:符合传统用药的不同金莲花水煮液中4种药效组分间保持相对稳定的比例关系。
Objective： To determine the content and its ratios of four active compounds alignment in Flos Trollii chinensis extracts by different preparation method. Methods： Apply high performance liquid chromatography to determine. Results： the ratios of four active compounds alignment （ orientoside-vitexin -2″-O-β-L-galaetopyranosylorientinveratrie acid） in Flos Trollii ehinensis extracts by different preparation method were respectively 3.4：1.0：10. 3：1, 3.3 ：1.1：9.9：1 and 3.4：1.1：10. 6：1. Conclusion： The Ratios of four active compounds alignment in Flos Trollii ehinensis extracts by different preparation method are relatively stable.
