非水介质下交联剂柠檬酸铝的合成

摘要 研究了非水介质下交联剂柠檬酸铝的合成新工艺,考察了温度、反应物-无水氯化铝与固体柠檬酸粉末的配比、溶剂用量等因素对反应和产物交联性质的影响,从而得出最佳的合成工艺条件:反应温度80℃、柠檬酸与三氯化铝的摩尔比为1:1,制得纯度较高的柠檬酸铝交联剂。 A new technology of synthesis of aluminum citrate crosslinker under the non-aqueous was studied. The factors of temperature, the reaction materials and solid aluminum chloride anhydrous citric acid powder ratio, the amount of solvents and others on the response and the nature of the product of crosslinking were investigated so as to get the best synthesis process conditions. The optimum reaction condition was temperature 80℃, and citric acid and aluminum chloride molar ratio of 1:1, and obtained higher purity aluminum citrate crosslinker.
