不同QCT体模材料对骨密度测量值的影响 被引量：6

摘要 QCT骨密度测量方法值得在基层推广,为了保证测量质量,本文从基本原理上解决为什么用体模和用什么体模的问题?方法通过放射线的物理理论,计算被测物质的减弱系数、CT值和BMD。结果羟磷灰石体模放射线特性和测量结果与骨矿一致,推荐应用;磷酸氢二钾体模测量准确度误差12.45%,且易发生气泡和沉淀而变质,供选用者参考。
