摘要
通过对运动兴趣及其相关概念的分析可知,终身体育锻炼习惯的形成需要经历运动兴趣、运动爱好以及运动成瘾三个不同的阶段,并表现出不同的心理、生理和锻炼行为特征。不加区别地统一运用运动兴趣来概括终身体育锻炼习惯形成的三个阶段,不仅不符合体育自身发展规律,还会在一定程度上造成学校体育教学目标导向上的混乱,不利于新体育课程改革目标的实现。
With analyzing the concept of sports interest and its related concepts, the formation of the exercise habit for life will go through three different stages: the sports interest, the sports hobby and the exercise addiction, and manifest different characteristics in psychology, physiology and the behavior. If we only use the concept of sports interest to generalize the three different stages of the formation of the exercise habit for hfe, it not only disagree with the laws of P. E, but also led the target Guide of the P. E at school to confuse, and go against the reform targets of the new P. E course to realize.
