摘要
对畜牧兽医本科专业"双师型"师资队伍建设方案进行了研究。"双师型"教师队伍建设与培养的意义,加强校企产学研合作,建立"双师型"教师的激励机制,"双师型"教师的建设与培养目标,"双师型"教师的建设与培养方法和途径,"双师型"教师评价体系以及"双师型"教师培养的导向机制等进行了详细的研究。
This paper is the report of the study of the Technician -Teacher Type Staff Training Program in Husbandry and Veterinary undergraduate specialty. It focuses on the significance of training in Technician - Teacher Type Staff, the cooperation between universrty and eroferprises, the incentive mechanism the establishment and training target, the establishment and training method and approach, the evaluation system, and the guiding mechanism of training Technician - Teacher Type Staff.
