N-水杨酰苯胺分子印迹聚合物的制备及识别性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用分子印迹技术,以N-水杨酰苯胺为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,在甲醇溶液中制备了N-水杨酰苯胺分子印迹聚合物。用平衡吸附及高效液相色谱的方法对聚合物进行了评价,结果表明印迹聚合物对N-水杨酰苯胺有较强的亲和性和良好的选择性。 Molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized with salicylanilide as template, acrylamide (MA) as functional monomer, ethylene dimethacrylate (EDMA) as crosslinker, azohisisobutyronitrilc (AIBN) as initiator in methanol solution. The results showed that imprinted polymer had specific binding affinity for salieylanilide. The polymer selectivity was indicated by the separation of salicylanilide and its isomer in the HPLC analysis the resulting polymer as stationary phase.
