摘要
以奎宁为模板分子 ,分别采用光引发和热引发的本体聚合方法制备了印迹奎宁的聚合物。用红外光谱(IR)、热重分析(TG)、电镜扫描(SEM)对聚合物进行了表征。用结合实验研究了聚合物对不同底物的选择性。采用Scatchard方程研究了模板聚合物对奎宁的结合特性。
Polymers imprinted with quinine were prepared by bulk polymerization(light initiation and thermal initiation).The polymers were characterized with infrared spectrometry and thermal gravity analysis,and morˉphology was analyzed with scanning electron microscopy.The selectivity of the polymers was tested using a seˉries of structurally related compounds such as quinine.The selective binding characteristics of the template polymer by bulk polymerization was evaluated with Scatchard analysis.The change of binding amounts with time was also investigated.
