Determination of Pb,Cu,Cd and Cr in Chinese medicinal herbs by GFAAS and ICP-AES

摘要 采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法(GFAAS)与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES),在优化实验条件下测定了25种中药材中重金属Pb、Cu、Cd、Cr的含量。结果表明用GFAAS测定,Pb、Cd、Cu、Cr方法检出限分别为0.80、0.08、0.96、1.36ng·mL-1;用ICP-AES法测定,方法检出限分别为9.58(Pb)、3.26(Cd)3.57(Cu)、13.80(Cr)ng·mL-1。两种测定方法结果基本一致,GFAAS法测定灵敏度高,ICP-AES法可实现多元素同时测定,两种方法都可用于中药材中这4种重金属含量的测定。 In this paper, a rapid method for the determination of Pb, Cu, Cd and Cr in 25 kinds of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs was developed, using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICPAES) and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS). The influence of matrix improver on determi- nation was also investigated. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limits were 0.80 (Pb), 0.08 (Cd), 0.96(Cu )and 1.36(Cr) ng.mL^-1 for GFAAS, 9.58 (Pb), 3.26 (Cd), 3.57(Cu) and 13.80(Cr)ng.mL^-1 for ICP-AES, respectively. The results showed there was no evident discrepancy in two methods, and the two methods could be used as routine technique to analyze heavy metals.
