GFAAS测定土样中钒和钴的不确定度评定 被引量:1

Uncertainty Evaluation of Determination of Vanadium and Cobalt in Soil by GFAAS

摘要 采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)对土样中的钒和钴进行测定,其测量不确定度主要来源于样品称量、样品消解、标准溶液配制、曲线拟合、重复测量。并依据《不确定度评定与表示》对各个不确定度分量进行了分析和计算,得出标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。当土壤中钒的含量为1.66mg·kg-1时,其扩展不确定度为0.12mg·kg-1(P=95%,k=2);当土壤中钴的含量为1.12mg·kg-1时,其扩展不确定度为0.07mg·kg-1(P=95%,k=2),并给出了测试结果的数学表达式。 Vanadium and cobalt in soil samples were measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS), and the major sources of measurement uncertainty were repeatability the process of sample weighing and digestion ,the preparing process of standard solution, curve fitting and measurement. Each partial uncertainty of measurement was analyzed and calculated according to 'Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement;. The standard and expanded uncertainty was gained. When vanadium content was 1.66mg· kg-1 in soil,the expanded uncertainty was 0. 12mg · kg-1 (P=95; ,k=2). When cobalt content was 1.12mg·kg-1 in soil,the expanded uncertainty was 0. 07mg · kg-1 (P = 95%, k = 2), and the mathematical expression of the determination result was also given.
