摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在动脉粥样硬化斑块性质的识别及对血管腔狭窄程度判断的应用。方法采用高分辨彩超,对458例颈动脉硬化斑块患者进行检查,观测其回声性质、大小、管腔狭窄程度及彩色多普勒血流频谱参数。结果458例中133例为软斑,68例为硬斑,120例为扁平斑,137例为混合斑。颈总动脉分叉膨大部和颈内动脉起始部为斑块的好发部位,左侧斑块231例,右侧斑块227例。左右两侧发生斑块的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。检出管腔狭窄44例中,轻度狭窄16例,中度狭窄23例,重度狭窄5例。结论高分辨率彩超能早期发现并准确识别颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的性质、评估血管狭窄的程度,为临床脑血管疾病的早期治疗提供客观依据,降低脑梗死的发病率。
Objective To detect prospectively detected patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque by using Colour Doppler ultrasonography to explore the characteristics of atherosclerotic plaque and to assess the degree ofcarotid artery stenosis. Methods The common carotid artery and the origin of the internal carotid artery and theexternal carotid artery wereexamined with high - resolution Doppler ultrasonography to evaluate the atheroscleroticplaque and carotid stenosis. Results In 458 examples 137 examples are the mix spots, 133 examples are the soft spots, 120 examples are the flat spots, 68 examples are the hard spots; In the arteria carotis communis anterior furcation intumescence and the neck the artery outset department good sends the spot for the mottling, Plaque on the left side of 231 cases, 227 cases of plaque on the fight side, around the same time on both sides of the 316 cases about the both sides have the mottling difference non - significance significance （ P 〉 0. 05）. Picks out in the lumen narrow 44 examples, mild narrow 16 examples, moderate narrow 23 examples, specific weight narrow 5 examples. Conclusion High - resolution Doppler ultrasonography plays a pivotal role in assessing the features and changes ofsonography of carotid atherosclerosis plaque, be that clinical heart cranial vascular disease early phase cures the morbidity providing the objective basis , reducing the brain infarction.
