摘要
《劳动合同法》时代的到来必将给企业的人力资源管理带来诸多挑战,如何更好地加强人力资源管理,提升企业的核心竞争力,成为企业的首要问题。文章通过分析目前企业人力资源管理普遍存在的一些问题,提出了应从六个方面加强人力资源管理。
It will bring many challenges to human resource management of enterprises by the arrival of the era of《The Law of Labor Contract》. How to strengthen human resource management much more properly so as to improve competitiveness of enterprises has become the primary problem for the enterprises. This article put forward how to strengthen the human resource management in six main respects by analysing of main problems widely exsitmg m the human resource management at present.
