摘要
城乡规划法的颁布和实施使得市场经济条件下的城乡规划工作更加科学和有章可循;同时,也给注册城市规划师制度带来了积极的变革,提高了规划师的要求及社会期望值。这些外在因素给了规划专业教育一定的启示,要与注册规划师制度建立关联,拓宽基础教育的框架,构建职业道德教育的平台,同时注重培养学生的社会属性素质等。
The planning on city and eountryside will be scientific and systematie by the enactment and exeeution of the law of city and countryside plan in the new period. At the same time, the registered planner system is reformed and put forward higher desire to the planner. These external faetors have affeeted the professional edueation of urban planning. This means that it should be connected with the registered planner system , the system of basic education should be extended, the platform for occupational ethies edueation should be built up, developing students＇ eomprehensive quality simulataneously should be paid more emphasis on.
