Preparation of anti-ultraviolet and anti-bacterial cotton fabric with Nano-ZnO and its properties

摘要 采用溶胶.凝胶法制备纳米氧化锌整理剂,对氧化锌粉末进行X-射线衍射表征。用浸轧工艺对棉织物进行整理,工艺条件为:织物二浸二轧(70%~80%)→烘干(80℃×3min)→焙烘(160℃×30s);结果表明,整理后织物具有良好的抗紫外性能,UPF等级达到50+,抑菌率达99.97%;成品具有很好的皂洗牢度,且不影响整理织物的白度、断裂强力和透气性等。 Nano-ZnO was prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by the X-Ray diffraction. Cotton fabric was treated by the prapared Nano-ZnO via padding process under conditions of double-dip-double-nip with pickup of 70% - 80%, dyeing at 80℃ for 3 min, and curing at 160℃ for 30 s. Results showed that, the treated fabric featured good anti-ultraviolet property with UPF above 50, excellent anti-bacterial property with bacterial inactivation rate 99.97 %, and good soaping fastness, while whiteness, breaking strength and air permeability of treated fabric were not affected.
