摘要
目的:研究添加两种不同形貌的氧化锌对化学固化型复合树脂机械性能的影响。方法:将四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)和纳米氧化锌(n-ZnOw)分别按3%、5%、10%和1%、3%、6%的比例添加于一种化学固化型的复合树脂中,检测复合树脂的弯曲强度、抗压强度、拉伸强度的变化。结果:两种不同形貌的氧化锌在一定浓度范围内对复合树脂的机械性能均有一定增强作用。四针状氧化锌晶须与纳米氧化锌的的添加量分别为5%和3%时,复合树脂的机械性能综合体现较好。结论:四针状氧化锌晶须和纳米氧化锌在此复合树脂中的最佳添加量分别为5%、3%,在最佳添加量情况下,四针状氧化锌晶须对复合树脂机械性能的增强作用明显优于纳米氧化锌。
Objective: To study the addition of two kinds of different ZnO on the mechanical properties of a chemically cured composite resin.Methods: Four needle-like zinc oxide whisker(T-ZnOw) and nano zinc oxide(n-ZnOw) are added to a chemically cured composite resin respectively by 3%,5%,10% and 1%,3%,6%,we tested the flexural strength,compressive strength and tensile strength.Results: Two different morphologies of zinc oxide in a certain range of concentration on mechanical properties of composite resins have certain enhancement effect.Four needle-like zinc oxide whisker and nanometer zinc oxide content were 5% and 3%,the mechanical properties of composite resin synthesis manifests better.Conclusion: Four needle-like zinc oxide whisker and nanometer zinc oxide in the composite resin in the optimum adding amount was respectively 5%,3%.In the best case,four needle-like zinc oxide whisker is obviously superior to the nanometer zinc oxide.
