摘要 食管癌是一种常见恶性肿瘤,我国更是高发地区之一,其预后很差,5年总的生存率低于20%。因目前对食管癌的预后因素尚不清楚,本文尝试从病理类型、TNM分期、治疗模式的选择、分子标记物和患者一般状况5个方面探讨食管癌的预后因素及其对食管癌预后的影响。 Esophagus carcinoma is a common carcinoma with poor prognosis worldwide, especially in China. This article reviews the prognostic factors of esophagus carcinoma.
