摘要
以上海为例,运用定量分析方法研究载人航天产业投资活动对经济的短期和长期拉动效应,结果表明,载人航天产业投资能够产生巨大的经济带动效应,短期通过产业关联效应实现,长期则通过技术进步效应促进经济增长。应加强管理体制创新,促进军民一体化,创新载人航天产业发展模式,加强载人航天技术的二次开发,积极参与国际合作。
With the coming of space economy time, manned space industry has become one of the high technology regions with the most challenging and driving and can plays an important role in the development of economy. This paper studied the short and long economy driving effects of manned space industry investment by using quantitative method and Shanghai data. This paper shows that manned space industry promotes economy increase through industry driving effect in short-term,and through technology progress in long-term. Based on our research about the con- tribution of manned space industry to economy increasing, we put forward some policy advice to promote the persistent development of manned space industry.
