A novel hybrid electrochemical capacitor using AgO positive electrode

摘要 以活性碳(AC)为负极材料,氧化银(AgO)为正极材料,1.4g/mL的KOH水溶液为电解液,水化纤维素膜为隔膜制备了AC/AgO新型复合电化学电容器。通过交流阻抗、循环伏安、充放电循环等测试考核了其性能。实验表明,AC/AgO新型复合电化学电容器等效串联内阻较低,有效工作电压可达到1.5V以上,具有良好的大电流放电性能和良好的充放电循环性能,以及较好的荷电保持能力。AgO电极在5A/g的电流密度下单电极比电容量达145.2F/g。电容器经过5700次充放电循环后,容量衰减小于10%。 A new hybrid electrochemical capacitor, AC/AgO capacitor was prepared, which used activated carbon as negative electrode, silver oxide as positive electrode, 1.4 g/mL KOH aqueous solution as electrolyte, and hydrate cellulose membrane as separator. The performance of AC/AgO capacitor was tested by means of cyclic voltammetry, AC-impedance and galvanostatic charge/discharge method. The results show that the hybrid capacitor has great capabilities such as low equivalent series resistance (RES),high working voltage(1.5 V),high-rate discharge ability, long cycle life and low self-discharge. The specific capacity of AgO electrode is 145.2 Fig at the current density of 5 Ng. After 5 700 cycles, the capacity retention of capacitor is more than 90%.
