摘要 本文采用活性炭作电极活性物质,得到单体电极电容量为52F/g,并通过并联、串联组装出了电压为 3V、容量为 1000F左右的超大容量电容器,经过测试得其等效串联内阻(ESR)为56mΩ ,等效漏电电阻约为170Ω,漏电电流为18mA。并通过在不同电流密度下的充放电性能及不同的负载性能,对双电层电容器的串并联特性进行了研究和讨论,取得了令人满意的结果。 In this paper, we used active carbon as electrode material ,specific capacitance of 52F/g in a single cell was achieved. Futthemiore,a 3v capacitor with the capacitance of 1000F was prepared in series and parallel connection. Its equivalent series resistance (ESR) was measured to be 56mΩ, the equivalent leakage resistance and leakage current were 170Ω and l8mA respectively. The series and parallel connection properties of supercapacitor were also studied and discussed.The satisfied result was achieved.
