吲达帕胺冻干口腔崩解片的质量控制和稳定性考察 被引量：7

摘要 目的：建立自制吲达帕胺冻千口腔崩解片的质量控制方法，并考察其稳定性。方法：采用高效液相色谱法测定吲达帕胺含量，并对制剂进行稳定性试验。结果：吲达帕胺在1．01～50．51）mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），恒温加速试验6个月主药含量及其他检查项目未见变化。结论：该制剂质量可控，稳定性良好，所建立的质量控制方法重复性好，结果准确可靠。
