摘要
分别以过硫酸铵(APS)和三氯化铁(FeCl3)为氧化剂,采用“无模板”的方法成功地制备了水杨酸(SA)掺杂的聚苯胺(PANI)微/纳米空心球.研究表明,氧化剂的不同氧化电位可以控制聚苯胺微球的尺寸.以氧化/还原电位较大的过硫酸铵为氧化剂时制得的小球直径较大,约为2~5μm;而以氧化/还原电位较小的三氯化铁为氧化剂时制得的小球直径较小,约为300—800nm.并通过FTIR,UV—Vis结构表征证实所得的聚苯胺均为掺杂态,不同氧化剂下聚苯胺的电导率均为-10^-1S/cm.
Size-Controlled hollow micro/nanospheres of polyaniline (PANI) doped by salicylic acid (SA) were synthesized by a template-free method in the present of APS or with FeCl3 as oxidant. It was found that the average diameter of the hollow micro/nanospheres depends on the redox potential of the used oxidant. Conductivities of the hollow spheres measured by four-probe method are as high as - 10^-1 S/era at room temperature. The hollow micro/nanospheres characterized by FTIR and UV-Visible absorption spectrums are identical to the emeraldine salt state of PANI.
