摘要
目的:探讨康复治疗技术专业《作业疗法》课间临床实践的教学模式。方法:将我院康复治疗技术专业2005级(n=27)和2006级(n=47)学生分别作为对照组和实验组,对照组仅采用传统课间临床见习的课间临床实践教学模式,实验组采用课间医院临床见习和家庭康复实践相结合的课间临床实践教学模式,课程结束后对学生进行理论、常用单项实验操作技能及病例分析操作技能考核,成绩进行统计学处理。结果:实验组在理论、常用单项实验操作技能及病例分析操作技能考核方面的成绩均优于对照组,两者相比具有极显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论:在《作业疗法》临床实践教学中,课间医院临床见习和家庭康复实践相结合的课间临床实践教学模式是一种较好的模式,能从各方面提高学生的综合素质,值得推广。
Objective: This paper studies the practical teaching model of "Occupational therapy" in the class break. Methods: We divided the students of the major of Rehabilitative Technology in grade 2005 (n=27) and grade 2006 (n=47) into control group and experimental group respectively, traditional probating in the hospital was applied to the control group, the practical teaching model about probating in the hospital combined with family rehabilitation was applied to the experimental group. After the course was over, students were evaluated in term of theory, monomial experimental operating skill and case analyzing operating skill, then the statistics was analyzed by accounting methods. Results: The grades of experimental group were better than those of control group. There were significant difference between experimental group and control group in their performance (P 〈0.01). Conclusion: The practical teaching model of "Occupational Therapy" of class break probating in the hospital combined with family rehabilitation is a kind of fairly good model, which can improve students" comprehensive qualities, so this model deserves to be popularized.
