线偏振超高斯光束通过矩形浮雕光栅的传输

摘要 利用严格的"逆规则"傅里叶模式理论,研究了超高斯光束在特征尺寸可与波长相比拟的矩形浮雕介质光栅中的传输,分析了光束中心入射角、入射点位置、光束束宽对栅体内光强空间分布及其对称性的影响。最后,数值比较了它们的相对误差为1%时,对光强空间分布形状的影响,结果表明入射点的纵坐标z0的误差可容度最小,束宽w0最大。 Based on strict "converse rule" Fourier mode theory, super Gaussian beam propagating through rectangle relieve grating whose characteristic size is comparable with the incident wavelength is studied. The beam center' s incident angle and incident position as well as the beam width would affect the light intensity space distribution in grating body, which is analyzed in paper. At last, 1% relative errors are added to the three parameters to study their errors' affects degree, to the light intensity distribution.
