摘要
南京大胜关长江大桥主桥中主墩基础属大型深水基础,施工难度大。承台施工采用双壁钢吊箱围堰+锚锭无导向船定位方案,利用既有施工水域临时定位钢围堰并接高顶节,利用定位后的围堰内支撑桁架作为钻孔桩施工平台,合理安排工序,有效保证工期。介绍主桥中主墩承台施工情况。
The foundation of the intermediate main pier of main bridge of Dashengguan Changjiang River Bridge in Nanjing is a huge and deepwater foundation that is considerably difficult to construct. In the construction of pile cap of the part of the foundation, the construction scheme of double-wall steel boxed cofferdam plus anchorage without positioning by guiding barges was adopted. The cofferdam was firstly temporarily positioned in the given construction water area, the height of the top tier of the cofferdam was then extended and the truss bracing system inside the positioned cofferdam was later on used as the working platform for construction of bored piles. Through rational arrangement of the working procedures for the construction, the construction time was effectively ensured. In this paper, the construction of the pile cap of the main pier is dealt with.
