胆道塑料支架长期引流治疗高龄内镜下难取性胆总管结石的价值 被引量：7

摘要 胆总管结石约80％以上可经内镜十二指肠乳头括约肌切开后通过取石网篮或气囊取出，部分患者因结石过大或胆总管、乳头解剖异常等原因致常规方法不易取出而成为难取性结石。难取性结石的下一步非手术处理通常采用机械碎石后取石，对部分机械碎石失败又缺乏激光或液电碎石等设备的基层医院，此类患者多转手术治疗。但对高龄患者因伴有基础疾病不能耐受或不愿手术，进一步治疗较为棘手。
