摘要
目的评价早期内镜干预治疗老年急性胆源性胰腺炎(ABP)的临床疗效。方法 60例老年急性胆源性胰腺炎患者,分为保守治疗组20例,早期内镜治疗组20例,手术治疗组20例,观察3组病死率、并发症发生率、腹部体征消失时间、住院时间及血淀粉酶恢复时间等指标。结果内镜治疗组与保守治疗组、手术治疗组比较,并发症发生率降低,住院时间缩短,入院后腹部体征消失时间缩短。病死率、血清淀粉酶恢复正常时间,三组比较差异无显著性。结论早期内镜干预可降低老年ABP并发症,缩短住院时间。
【Objective】To evaluate the clinical effect of early endoscopic intervention to elderly patients with acute biliary pancreatitis.【Methods】Sixty elderly patients with acute biliary pancreatitis were randomly divided into 3 groups：Conservative treatment group （n =20）; Early endoscopic treatment group （n =20）; surgery group （n =20）. To observe the index of mortality,complication rate,time of abdominal signs disappeared,hospital stay and recovery time of blood amylase. 【Results】Compared with conservative treatment group and surgery group,lower incidence of complications,shorter hospital stay,shorter time of abdominal signs disappeared in early endoscopic treatment group. There was no significant difference among three groups in mortality and recovery time of blood amylase.【Conclusions】Early endoscopic intervention can lower the incidence of complications,shorter the hospital stay.
