摘要
作者设计了非金属单侧外固定支架(NonmetalicunilateralexternalfixationNUEF)并对其进行了力学测试,与三翼钉、三枚螺纹钉相比较后证明:NUEF不但强度、稳定性能好,而且承载能力大,抗旋转、抗折弯能力强。该支架设计符合生物力学要求,有动静力加压作用,故其固定性能可靠。病人使用后可早期扶拐下地活动。
The authors designed a nonmetallic unilateral external fixator (NUEF). A static load test of this device was performed. The results of mechanical tests were compared with those of SmithPetersen nail, three screw nails. The conclusion was that the mechanical property of this fixator is reliable. The authors believed that the strength of the antirotation property as well as the antibending strength were good enough to meet the biomechanical requirement, the dynamic and static compression of the fixator provided the reliable stability. It is suggested that patients using this device can practice early ambulation on crutches.
