摘要
"控制下交付"是打击贩卖毒品犯罪的一种有效的秘密侦查手段。目前,由于对这一侦查手段理论探讨的不足和法律规定的缺失,贩卖毒品的"控制下交付"的手段的运用遇到了从理论到实践的很多困惑,本文试图对此问题进行初步探析,以求提出相应对策。
＂ Controlled delivery＂ is an effective means of secret investigation to combat drug trafficking in crimes. At present, for lack of the theoretical exploration and defects in the law, it is very hard to ues it in practice. This article attempts to conduct a preliminary exploration to try tp put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
