摘要
在全球化的时代背景下,政党外交具有重要而深刻的内涵和特征。现代外交的一个重要内容就是"治理外交",作为一种新兴的全球治理模式,政党外交促进了全球性问题的解决,并不断推动着国际关系的民主化进程。同时,由于政党外交具有明显的意识形态色彩和明确的价值取向,因而在全球治理中也存在着其先天不足的缺陷。
Under the times background of globalization , the politic party＇s diplomacy has momentous and profound connotations and characteristics . One of important contents of the modern diplomacy is ＂treat diplomacy＂, as a new treating mode for the seven seas , the politic party＇ s diplomacy has accelerated resolving the global issues , and constantly prods the democratic procedure of inter- national relationship . Meanwhile , due to it has obvious ideological color and explicit value orientation , there are existed inherent defects in the global governance .
