摘要
本文根据溶解度参数相近原理优选成膜组分,根据基团贡献计算法优化复配混合溶剂,成功的解决了所选的溶剂型可剥性塑料中主要成膜材料、辅助成膜材料、增塑剂之间的互溶性及它们在混合溶剂中的溶解性。开发和研制了一种具有优良防锈性能和机械保护性能的溶剂型可剥性塑料,该产品流平性好、膜层透明、膜质均匀、防锈性能好,其耐腐蚀性高于同类产品。因而证明溶解度参数在优选成膜组分、优化复配使用混合溶剂及研究溶剂型可剥性塑料中有着重要的使用价值。
Film-forming component is preferred according to the principle of approximate solubility parameter and the mixed solvent is optimized according to methods of group contribution. In conclusion, inter-solubility among the main film-forming material, the auxiliary film-forming material and the plasticizer as well as their dissolubility in the mixed solvent are solved successfully. A kind of cold type antirust strippable plastic with outstanding antirust abilities and great mechanical characters is developed. The new product showed excellent characters such as good flow property, transparence, well-proportioned, good rustproof and so on. The corrosion resistance is higher than the similar products. Our research proved the great value of the solubility parameter in the components optimizing of film, solvent blends, and investigating cold type strippable plastic.
