摘要
本实验选用乙基纤维素为主要成膜材料,加入辅助成膜材料、缓蚀剂、防水剂、溶剂等成分,通过正交实验优化配方。所得产品膜层透明,光亮,强度高,流平性好,易于涂抹,喷涂,干燥速度快。膜层厚度在30μm时,拉伸强度为18.03MPa;在3%NaCl溶液中浸泡20天,5%H2SO4溶液中浸泡15天仍然没有出现点蚀。是一种优良的防锈和防机械损伤的塑料。
In this paper, ethyl cellulose is used as the main film-forming material, and epoxy resin is used as auxiliary film-forming material. Finally, an orthogonal experiment is carried out to achieve the optimized result. The production we got have many advantages, such as thin transparent, bright high strength, excellent soft, easy to smear and spray ,and quick drying speed, tensile strength is up to 18.03MPa when Film thickness is 30 ~t m;It still don't appear pitting corrosion after being dipped in the 3% NaC1 solution for 20 days and in the 5% H2SO4 solution for 15 days. Therefore it is a kind of eminent anticorrosive and preventing-mechanical-damage plastic.
