摘要
脂蛋白脂酶是一种多功能蛋白,其主要作用是催化乳糜微粒和极低密度脂肪酸的甘油三酯水解,是影响脂肪沉积的关键酶之一。对猪LPL基因部分序列进行克隆测序,并利用PCR-SSCP方法对其进行分子扫描,寻找多态位点,分析不同基因型在不同猪种间的分布规律。χ2独立性检验表明,野猪、民猪、大白猪、长白猪、杜洛克之间不同基因型的分布差异极其显著(P<0.01)。
Lipoprotein lipase （LPL） gene is a multifunctional protein, which catalyses the hydrolysis of the triglycerides component of Chylomicrons and very low density lipoproteins （VLDL）. It is one of the key enzymes for implicating the control of fat storage and fat mobilization. This study was designed to clone the part of the swine LPL gene and detected the polymorphisms by PCR-SSCP. X2 analysis showed that in the polymorphic locus, there were extremely significant difference in the distribution of genotypes among Wild boar, Min pig, Yorkshire, Duroc and Landrace （P〈0.01）.
