摘要
目的:建立血塞通注射液中细菌内毒素检查法。方法:用不同厂家的鲎试剂对不同批号的血塞通注射液分别进行干扰试验,考察确立血塞通注射液细菌内毒素检查法。结果:血塞通注射液经40倍稀释后可消除干扰。结论:用本法检查血塞通注射液中的细菌内毒素是可行的。
Objective：To establish the endotoxin test method of Xuesaitong Injection.Methods：By interfering test, the inhibition enhancement action of Xuesaitong Injection with limulus test agent was studied.Results：Xuesaitong Injection diluted by 40 times to eliminate interference.Conclusion：The method for the bacterial endotoxin test of Xuesaitong Injection is feasible.
