摘要
对阻燃剂FB生产工艺条件中的固体原料投料比、固液比、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂等方面进行了研究。通过多次综合性的试验，优选出了质量好，收率高的3．5型硼酸锌的最佳合成方法与合成工艺。
The proportion of solid materials, the solid--liquid ratio, the reaction temperatureand time and the catalyst making fire-retardant FB from sodium borate and zinc sulfate arediscussed in this paper. Through multiple tests, the best synthetic method and technique arediscovered to ensure good quality and high yield.
