摘要
环境伦理学是一门应用伦理学的新兴学科,是流域水资源管理的理论基础,也是制定水资源综合治理措施的理论依据.通过对石羊河流域环境危机的分析,指出导致环境危机的伦理学根源,并提出石羊河流域环境伦理建设的目标及其实现该目标所需考虑的若干因素.
Environmental Ethics is a newly emerging discipline of the Applied Ethics. It is not only the theoretical foundation of Basin water resources management, but also the theoretical basis of carrying out the measurements of integrated water resources. Based on the analysis of the environmental crisis of the Shi yang River basin, the present paper points out the root of ethics that leads to the environmental crisis, and also proposes the objective of building the Shi yang River Basin Environmental Ethics, and the factors that need to be considered in order to achieve the objective.
