摘要
利用硅氢加成反应和烯加成反应,以八氢基笼形倍半硅氧烷(T8H8)、二烯丙基双酚A(DABPA)和双马来酰亚胺(BMI)为单体合成了改性BMI树脂,采用FT-IR、DSC、TGA分别表征了树脂的结构、固化行为及热性能。研究结果表明,T8H8-DABPA-BMI固化树脂的玻璃化转变温度达到323℃,热分解温度(5%失重,T5d)为422、800℃热分解残重率为50.7%。
Modified BMI resin was prepared from octahydridrosilsesquioxane (T8 H8 ), diallyl bisphenol A (DABPA) and bismaleimide (BMI) by hydrosilylation reaction and addition reaction of enes. The structures and thermal properties of the cured resin were investigated by DSC, FT - IR and TGA. The results showed that the glass transition temperature of the cured T8H8 - DABPA - BMI resin was 323℃, the 5 % weight loss (Td^5) 422℃, and the char yield at 800℃ 50.7 %.
