摘要
以多孔材料理论为基础,干摩擦非线性理论为依据,并结合小曲梁模型建立了金属橡胶结构的力-位移关系模型,通过空心圆柱形金属橡胶结构的静态试验,对试验数据进行了拟合,得到了力-位移模型中的各项系数与形状因子的变化关系式,同时建立了金属橡胶结构的力学特性与结构参数的变化关系,从而实现了对金属橡胶结构在密度一定、形状因子发生变化情况下的力-位移关系的预估,最后从十三种试件以外取两种形状因子不同的金属橡胶试件进行算例验证,证明本文采用的方法的可靠性,并对这两种试件的应力应变曲线进行比较,为进一步研究金属橡胶材料奠定了理论基础。
Conbining cellular solid theory with dry friction nonlinear theory,a model of force-displacement relation was constructed for the metal-rubber structure.Fitting data of static experiments on the structure of hollow cylindrical metal-rubber,the relations between coefficients of force-displacement model and shape factors were obtained,and the relations between mechanical properties and structural parameters were constructed,the prediction for force-displacement relation of the metal-rubber structure with different shape factor but identical density was realized.Finally two kinds of metal rubber,were applied to confirm the result,and the stress-strain curves of the two kinds of samples were compared.
