摘要
金属橡胶是一种新型迟滞非线弹性材料 ,具有优良的减振特性 ,尤其适用于航空、航天及其他恶劣条件下工作。本文对金属橡胶材料的刚度特性进行了较详细的实验研究。在大量实验的基础上 ,总结影响其性能的因素及其影响规律 ;建立了金属橡胶的本构关系模型 ,并得到了与实验数据符合较好的结果。
Metal rubber is a kind of non-linear and nonelastic material that has excellent damping performance.It can especially be compatibly used in aviation,space flight and atrocious environment.Some experimental studies of stiffness performance of thinner MR material have been carried out in this paper.The factors that affect the performance of MR and their affecting rules have been summed up on the basis of plentiful tests.There is important and practical value for perfecting the MR.The investigation results provided credible evidence for the application and theoretical research of MR damper or material.The strain-stress relation of MR is established and the coefficients of the equation are given based on the test data.The result of the theoretic calculation is consistent with the experimental data.
