阐述了大型化肥企业计算机集成生产管理辅助决策系统的研究与开发思路、基本内容及实施的手段和方法。所述的思想和方法已在沧州化肥厂实施，并获得了满意的结果。
The train of thought on research and development, basic scope and ways and means for implementation are presented of the integrated computeraided decision system for production management in a large chemical fertilizer plant. The concept and method described have been implemented in Cangzhou Chemical Fertilizer Plant, with satisfactory results.
