摘要
本文综述了超滤技术在功能性生物活性物质分离、纯化中的应用情况以及一些主要功能性生物活性物质的超滤分离、纯化现状。重点论述超滤膜材料的改性、膜组件的设计、超滤过程的强化和超滤过程的自动控制4个方面,阐明超滤分离、纯化技术在未来食品工业中的发展方向。
The application status of ultrafiltration technology was reviewed in the separation and purification of functional bioactive compounds.Status quo of the ultrafiltration technologies used for the main functional bioactive compounds was briefly described,especially in the modificaiton of ultrafiltration membrane,the design of membrane module,the enhancement of ultrafiltration process and the automatic control of ultrafiltration process.The developmental direction was also pointed out for the ultrafiltration technology in food industry.
