摘要
目的通过动物模型观察归芍益脑合剂的急性毒性及对脑缺血所致的智能障碍治疗作用。方法采用灌胃方法。结果ＬＤ５０＞５０ｇ／Ｌ。能明显增强小鼠的学习记忆功能，对小鼠记忆获得障碍，记忆再现障碍，记忆巩固障碍模型均有明显效果（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论归芍益脑合剂毒性低。
Obiective To observe the acute toxicity of Guitao Yinao Heji and the therapeutic effects of Guiyao Yinao Heji on intelligence disturbance caused by cerebral ischemia in animal models.Method Gastric perfusion method.Results LD50>508/2 Guiyao Yinao Heji can enhance the memory of rats apparently and has significant effects on memory-gaining disturbances, memory recurrence disturbances amd memory consolidation disturbances of rats'models.(P<0.05) Conclusion Guiyao Yinao Heji has little toxicity and significant protective action on memory functional disturbances.
