摘要
WTO争端解决机制是WTO体系中具有核心作用的机制。实践证明,WTO争端解决机制是WTO成功运转的至关重要的保证。我国加入世贸组织后经贸争端迅速上升,这就需要对WTO争端解决机制的形成、发展、特点、适用以及我国对该机制的运用、应对策略等方面加以深入研究,使其最大限度地发挥作用来维护我国的利益。
WTO＇s Dispute Settlement Mechanism has a core effect on WTO systems. Practice showed that it is an important guarantee in the successful operation of WTO. Since our country has joined the WTO, trade disputes increased quickly. Accordingly we need further researches on the formation, development, features, application of WTO＇s dispute settlement mechanism, and conduct its use in our country and countermeasures so as to protect the Chinese benefits maximally.
