摘要
本文以广西中、小型马为对象,用血清电泳测定法对Alb、Tf、Es三基因位点的频率进行探索,以明确二型间的区别,其遗传距离((?))为0.2204,矮马杂合度((?))为0.5860。结果表明,所测二型马间遗传距离差异明显,比国外同类型矮马间的遗传距离更大,认为广西矮马的矮体特性可能主要由遗传因子所造成,并有可能受到果下马的影响;又发现了中国、日本、英国三品种矮马间的Alb(A、B)因子的流动关系。
Research on equine i,serum protein Alb, Tf and Es was done using starch gel electrophoresis in Debao breed which is a original local variety. The blood samples were collected from 46 ponies ( 102 cm height in average ) and 31 horses 113 cm high compared to which were raised in the same area.
Experement suggested that the pony differed from the horse in biochemistry polymorphism of blood, Higher frequency of Alb B appeared in pony. Pony and horse were also different in Ti. and Es. Genetic distance of 0.2204 was established between these two breeds of equine as based upon blood group.
Average heterozygosity ( H ) of pony was 0.5860 , meaning some mix of other blood. Because there was a number proportion of 72 to 28 between the pony and the horse. So it was possible about hybridization in composide distribution.
Today's pony may not be the same Guoxia pony in ancient China, but supposed to have certain relationship.
