摘要
导出了WC-Co硬质合金钴含量、钨和碳在粘结相(γ相)中固溶度同合金密度及比饱和磁化强度的关系。从而得到了一种用合金密度和比饱和磁化强度测定值无损测定WC-Co硬质合金真实钴含量的简便、实用的实验方法。测钴精度(相对误差)达1%,并进行了实验验证。
The relations of cobalt content X_co(wt. )、the solid solutions of W、Cin -phase w、c with the alloy density d(kg·m^-3)、the specific saturation magnetization 4(A·m^-1·kg^-1) have been deduced: WC+γregion:WC+γ+graphite region:WC+γ+ η_1 region:So that, an accurate, simple and easy and practical non-destructive test method for detectingthe real cobalt content in WC-Co cemented carbides by d and 4 measured date has beengot. This method is accurate to within one hundredth and was verified experimently.
