摘要
本文介绍一种具有测量精度高(相位误差小于0.03°,频率误差小于0.002Hz)、成本较低的工频相位频率计的原理和实现方法.该相位频率计具有测量速度快,实时显示等特点.
In this paper,a Precise phase and frequencv meter used in industry frequency is discussde.It has degree of accuracy prior to 0.03°and 0.002Hz.
