本文介绍一种具有测量精度高、体积小、价格较低的工频相位频率计（相位误差小于０．０３°，频率误差小于０．００２Ｈｚ），且具有测量速度快，实时显示等特点。
In this paper, a precise phase and frequency meter is discussed.The phase error and frequency error are less than 0 03° and 0 002Hz.This precise,compact and low cost phase and frequency meter has a lot of advantages,such as fast measurement,real time display,etc..
