摘要
采用HPLC法考察金纳多注射液在4种常用输液中的稳定性,结果表明它与5％葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、氯化钠注射液、右旋糖苷-40葡萄糖等输液配伍稳定,24时内,外观、含量、pH值基本不变。
A HPLC method was used for the study of the compatible stability of Ginaton injection in four in-fustions often used. The test results showed that the Ginaton injection has the compatible stability with 5% glucose injection, glucose sodium chloride injection and Dextran 40 glucose injection. The apperance, content and pH of the complex solution were basically unchanged for 24 hours.
