摘要 研究了开关频率对铜损的影响,及其与变压器的分布参数及负载特性有直接的关系:在负载特性与分布参数一起呈感性特性时,铜损随开关频率的提高而减小;一起呈容性特性时,铜损随开关频率的提高而增大;当一起呈谐振特性时,铜损最大。针对减小铜损的高频变压器最优参数,分析了线圈层数和线圈高度2个参数的最优化。 It is a common belief that the higher the switching frequency is, the higher the transformer copper loss will be. In this paper, we will demonstrate that this is not the case. In fact it is in relation to the distributing parameters of transformers and the load characteristics. When the common effect of distributing parameters and load characteristics is inductive, the higher the switching frequency, the lower the copper loss; contrarily, when the common effect is capacitive, the higher the switching frequency, the higher the copper loss; and when the common effect is resonant, the copper loss is maximal. In this paper, both the number of layers and the length of windings are optimized.
