摘要
根据70年代以来的地下水动态监测和地形变监测资料,计算了河北平原不合理开采地下水引起的地下水水位下降和区域地面沉降。随着水位下降,沉降速率明显加快,由70年代5mm/a增加到90年代86mm/a;从山前到滨海平原逐渐加重,海岸带地区累积地面沉降量达200~500mm,沉降中心达500~1960mm。在分析形成条件和影响因素基础上,预测了2010年沿海地区地面沉降量,提出了控制减缓河北平原,尤其是沿海地区地面沉降的对策与措施。
On the basis of the observation data of groundwater and land deformation since 1970’s,the drawdown of groundwater table and the regional land subsidence induced by the extensive groundwater exploitation have been evaluated in Hebei plain of China With the drawdown of ground water table,the average rate of land subsidence was accelerated from 5mm/a of 1970s to 86mm/a of 1990s Land subsidence increased gradually from the front area of the Taihang mountain to the coastal plain Since 1970s,the cumulative subsidence have reached 200 500mm and the maximum subsidence reached 500~1960mm in the coastal plain By the year of 2000,the land subsidence has been predicted and the counter measures have also been presented in the coastal plain
