Experiments on Removal of Antimony from a Refractory Gold Ore

摘要 采用单泡浮选法,对含金黄铁矿与辉锑矿的浮选行为进行了研究,阐述了两种矿物分离的基本条件为:在碱性介质中(pH9-10左右),采用Na2CO3-Na2S法,添加少量活化剂-CU-SO4以丁基黄药为捕收剂。用实际矿石进行分离验证试验,获金精矿品位46.80g/t,含锑0.32%,回收率86.71%。 Flotation pelformances of antimonite and gold- bearing pyrite were experimented with Hal limond tube method Basic conditions for separating from pyrite were as follows:pH valve 9 to 10,NaaCO3/Na2S as modifier ,a small amount of CuSO4 as activatro and butyl butyl xanthate as collector. Separation experimetns on ore sample were performed with a flotation cell,a gold concentrate assaying 46.8 g/t of Au and 0.32% of Sb is obtained with with gold recover of 86.71%.
