根据大量的生产数据，指出了我国粗磨球磨机的钢球尺寸严重偏大。造成球径偏大的原因，主要是缺乏成熟的理论指导、球径确定方法和经验数据本身的误差以及我国国情及习惯的影响。总结了球径过大的六种危害。
From a lot of operational data, it can be seen that the sizes of steel balls for coarse grinding mills in China are excessively large. The author analyses various factors resulting in the fact, and points out 6 harms of excessively large ball sizes.
